Chair Massage

~ A brief massage which is done while you sit in a specifically designed chair ~ Is between 5-30 minutes ~ Uses no oil and is applied directly through your clothing ~ Normally addresses head, neck and shoulder areas ~ Can enhance any event you may be holding eg, conference, business promotion, retreat, weddings or workshops ~ Is also great to incorporate into your workplace

Mindful Meditation

This program is an 8 week course with 6-8 participants. It is an evening program run from 6.00pm– 7:30pm or morning classes from 10:30am - Midday. No previous experience in meditation is needed. Completed in a comfortable environment in Erina, it is a relaxed program which is run at your own pace. With small class sizes, it evolves to meet the needs of the participants. It will expose you to different presenters on a variety of aspects of mindfulness.
